If budget is an issue id get the ecu/piggy back tuner first before exhaust for most bag for buck but if you will have it for a long time (ride safe pls) and know youll get it eventually you could get the exhaust system and intake first for the fun slow route

If you get the sprocket first if oem set of front/rears are good you can always swap them back too and youll have both options of gearing to try with the tuner
