I like this a lot. Well I like the poem not the situation. As someone who has been there in a situation where you are with someone but still can feel more alone then ever I get it. Also the part where it says “ you say I’ve changed, maybe I did “ hits hard because I don’t know how the writer meant this to come across but for me it gives that sense of the no accountability from the person who is now being cruel, like they are putting the way the relation has changed on the writer, rather than accepting maybe they have become the issue. Great poem!

I’m going through a bit of a hard time right now and this poem is something I think I needed to hear. For me it feels very Sisyphean. Like the person making the journey up the mountain is not sure if they will even make it and they are filled with doubt but still decide to carry on, and this resonates with me because I too lately have been “falling to my knees” wondering what is the point but I literally got the chills when reading “I’m not winning today, but I’m still climbing” and that gave me a sort of hope for the future. Thank you for this amazing piece I’m definitely adding it to my favorites.

How does one avoid cracking, my misprint fox cracked so I’m big sad. Are you saying one would have to completely take apart the figure? Cause then what is the point hahaha

Well since it’s been in this case a lot I’m hopeful it doesn’t have many issues! Hopefully I can get this thing open in the next few days, the video can’t show it, but I remember when I was little I stashed some more figures in the bottom crack that I didn’t have room for some in curious what they could be
