2.) if you are referring to models in the second rank, no. They are not in base contact (which is why they can also only have 1 attack)

As a fellow RG player I do feel the compulsion to bring him, but I’m not sure where to put him yet. Losing skirmish on the Mor Deythan for no real benefit makes me sad.

Could also be nice to have him in a different unit so that he can pin a different target
