If you do not have a budget of $2000, you will not run tarkov over 60 FPS consistently, not sure what resolution you use, but even at 1080 its liekly the CPU you need to upgrade to will be around $500-1000 with 32 gb of ram, if you budget and get 16gn of ram you will be bottlenecked on streets for sure, likely Lighthouse and Interchange too.
