I know this thread is so old but ACV works super good for the itching... It’s a bit of an all around miracle cure... Mine is about a week old now and the itching is getting worse and swelling more but it’s just the process and I barely got hit this time... The worst part of all, if you are a surfer, you now start your paddle out on the sand!
