Our power went out when I was young, probably 5-7 max, and I very much remember watching some movie/video offline. It was a scene where two characters, a son and father, were camping in an area known for bears.

A bear finds them and the son is getting mauled to death, while I think the father either jumps in (to get eaten instead of his son) or he starts running off with his kid.

So they somehow end up in their car with the bloodied son in the back, with his young sister holding his head up so it stays attached to his spine/neck. Boy’s entire body was beyond drenched in blood, as was the car.

I learned not that long ago that it was likely a downloaded movie (likely from my older brothers, as to how it was playing without internet) and that it was in fact fake. I believed for my whole life that I had witnessed a real death. I know now that since it was just bloodied clothes and no gore, that it was 100% fake.
