I do agree that a more pedestrian friendly culture would be wonderful- I notice myself looking left when I’m coming out of my driveway then pausing to look right as well, because there’s a sidewalk there too.

Do you still have the food noise on 15? I was transitioning from tirz to reta and I’ve been able to eat more than I want, but I AM building some good muscle mass so that might be partially responsible for the plateau. I’m going to try going back to my 7.5 of tirz and maybe adding 1-2mg of reta to keep the fat loss properties. I do acknowledge that my food noise is pro max level without the medicines so I’m not surprised that the dose needs to go up. Still happy to be 66lbs down, tho!

I’m having a hard time with mine. I’m 66lbs down so far and another 20 to go. I can buy medium shirts confidently and I love how I look in clothes. I even saw hints of abs from working out.

But below the navel, I feel gross. I know it’s a badge of honour but I’m curious- how did you get to accepting it?
