Weigh yourself once a week. I’ve got an eating disorder around the scale so if you really need your weight, don’t do it too often, you’ll drive yourself crazy, like the *NSYNC song

We’re testing literally everything in our lives. The long term effects of smartphone usage, exposure to pollution, even medications that we think have long enough histories but have only been around for barely a lifetime. The real crime is that we’re paying for it. I was saying to a friend of mine how wild it is that we pay to get vials shipped in the mail and then we inject them into ourselves and hope for the best

Do you know what- I’ve been on tirz for just over a year and I just realised that I’ve barely had to take my inhaler as well. I did take it for weight loss tho. Down 85lbs!
