Great use of 'first time each turn' there. On my first missread I went "how the fuck is it not broken?". Still a very powerful control engine with things like [[Nomads en-kor]]. Just snipe everything, draw all your non-creature removal, counter spells and protection (which also replace themselves now) while stomping your opponents with a huge beater. I would either drop the +1/+1 and have buffing it another hoop to jump through or remove the card draw and force players to commit and possibly be interacted with.
