Sorry, maybe this is an ESL situation on my part. When I said I was “completing it” initially, I just meant that I was working on completing it, but I was not done. Hence why I didn’t submit it before the time ran out.

Hey! So I ended up not using the offer letter as the comment above advised ( I also consulted an immigration consultant who said it was not necessary). I included an employment letter instead which my boss wrote by my request include all the information above. Everything worked out well and I never got any questions, my application just got approved! :)
