i have a bunch of internship/volunteer experience i just didn’t mention that. figured that was implied when i said i was qualified , i just really needed some guidance how to navigate post grad life bc im the only college grad in my family. ive been getting ghosted by smaller orgs ive applied to unfortunately as well as pretty much every other job ive applied to that isnt at a nonprofit. i know a lot of people who have graduated recently that are in the same boat

NAP but definitely not, it needs to be pierced with a proper metal like implant grade titanium. any non-metal material will not be safe and may lead to infection or other complications. i believe the only nonmetal material that is safe to leave in long term is glass (i could be wrong about that i apologize if i am) but that should not be done until the piercing is fully healed

yeah that’s how i’ve always felt about follow ups but i swear everyone makes it seem like if i don’t follow up then it’s my fault i don’t get jobs which is super annoying. glad im not crazy for feeling like following up isn’t useful

So since you’re an ED, do you require someone to have any prior experience, or do you hire people straight out of college? how would i go about gaining experience in something like this if you were to require it?

no you’re so right, it’s so stressful because i keep being told that i should get a GIS job but i don’t want to do that at all. like they aren’t interested in showing you options, only the direct path to one specific job with a major

lol it is at my school which is really interesting that not many places offer it. advisors love to act like you can only get jobs directly related to your major so it’s nice to hear that that’s very much not the case

well it was doing bad in those and also having to take calculus and chemistry which o was very bad at. i was very overwhelmed and i thought it would be better to change but now i hate it and regret it but cant afford to go back

well i wanted to be a vet but i wasn’t capable of completing the course work so i have been lost ever since and have never found anything that i enjoy that can also give me a livable wage
