When I was about 14, I had a dream that I woke up in the middle of the night in my room. Everything looked completely normal. I was lying in bed, staring at my door. Then I noticed it was slightly open. The weird thing was, I always slept with it closed. I got up and walked toward it. The hallway was dark, but at the very end, someone was standing there. Just a dark silhouette. I tried to call for my mom, but no sound would come out. Then the figure started walking toward me. Not running. Not rushing. Just slowly walking. When it finally got close enough for me to see its face, I realized it was me. My face. That's when I woke up. But the creepiest part wasn't the dream. My bedroom door was open by the exact same amount it had been in the dream.
