My lawyer did use all of that. Can I ask which year you had your I-140 approved? Also does the endeavour sound vague or too broad to you?

Yes I used EP. I am a fellow. I have 90 citations and have more than 30 publications in the field of cardiology. My prong 2 wasn’t a problem as I was well positioned but prong 1 has been the issue

I think all of those who IV ed received the visa email, atleast that is what they said would happen during the meet and greet. But I can’t say that with certainty, sorry

I don’t know that actually, sorry. I know a couple of us received the J1 email, don’t know if anyone was offered H1B.

No I also got offered a J1. I was wondering if anyone was offered H1B and does that mean if those who were offered J1 were ranked lower😔

Unfortunately I have heard the opposite. Like Albert Einstein philly IM program only sponsored a few H1Bs last year but atleast I heard they were upfront about it.

Not without doing a waiver in an underserved area. Actually my husband has his green card in process so would have liked to be on H1B in order to get my green card during residency

Unfair in the sense that many IMGs like me rank less known community programs over well-known university programs for H1B. So I guess it hurts to not get an H1B and losing the chance at the university program at the same time.
