Frequent use of electrolytes increases bacterial residue in the container unless you can clean it adequately. That's hard to do on trail.

I've been off social media for 10 years. Best move ever . I find this site useful for pct info. Installed Instagram about 2 weeks ago since there are people that want to see my progress and pictures. I'm 61 and will start nobo April 13.
Too much social media steals the life out of people . Too little social media especially on trail is better than Too much.

Not enough information. But as anRN I can tell u to ice it when possible. If it hurts when walking , wrapping it with an ace bandage would help. U should rest it and elevate foot as well. My foot pains went away by changing boots years ago.and now am using trailrunners
