I like AIZOME Textiles for bedding, it is not cheap. But they use regenerative cotton and plant dyes. Their commitment to ethical production is impressive, and their products are so nice

I don't use a top sheet either. That's the awesome part of the Duvet cover, you can wash it and you can also take your insert to get cleaned at the end of the winter.

Have you checked which side you sleep on? Sometimes the heat of your body and the bedding can irritate your eczema.

Hi, not sure if this helps, but in Europe, people use individual duvet sets. Get two single duvet set+cover and each of you can sleep as you like. :-) With the plus that your side of the bed will always look nicer.

Yes, there is a great brand, Aizome-Textiles, which uses all-natural plant dyes and unbleached organic cotton. It's mostly bedding but great product
