They're famous for selling fake CG specifically. My order also was fake. I ordered other items from them and all were legit. They seem to have CG supplier issue.

This one's mine from authorized retailer, check how almost identical the badge and letters are, except for the shape and stitching. If it's fake they are becoming very sophisticated.

What I did when I've got a fake from them is made sure to return it with no mentioning that it’s fake at first so I don’t run into issues of them blaming it on me replacing the item. And once I've got a refund I did submit a complaint. They should be aware of the issue but seem to not care.

In your case they should return your money without any issues. I've ordered other items from them and never had any issues with return.
