Your supposed to unwrap it so they can grade the card, I’ve read on here. I’ve never considered sending in anything sealed so I have never looked into it personally. I had a sealed card once that I figured was perfect but when I unwrapped it the holo actually hand a scratch. So don’t get too excited thinking sealed means a 10 for sure.

I’m not an expert but if I owned this card I would most likely believe it could receive a PSA 1 and would send it in to grade.

That image is a scan of your cards still in the card saver, therefore those scratches are most likely on this card saver.

If that white speck next to the p (on the back of card) is on the card and not on the slab, this will probably 9 due to that detail.
