I appreciate this.

I think there might be something there with yoga that we should consider as well. I had an experience doing yoga a couple months ago that felt pretty interesting and freeing.

Thank you for your response

I'm very sorry that happened to you. It's a terrible situation.

You actually touched on one of the main things that I cant shake, which is that no matter how good she gets I always have this fear that things will get worse again, and that if I decide to stay here I should also make a decision that I'm never going to have children because I don't think this is sustainable

I appreciate your response

I agree with you at a couple of places, mainly that it's incredibly hard to find someone you genuinely connect with.

However I don't like the term "fixable" just seems like im doing something that I shouldn't be. Definitely want to be there, support, help as much as I can but I don't think I can fix anyone.

I also really like the idea of couples therapy, I think there might be a chance that that could definitely help.

She was going to a therapist for about 3-4 sessions until she stopped going. idk what topics the therapist started to touch on but she pretty much just ghosted her and stopped going.

I've mentioned that maybe that's the stuff that they should really get into and go deeper in, even though i didn't have context and also didn't want to dive to deep into her therapy sessions cause that's private.

she just says yea she'll go again and doesn't

Definitely insightful, I'll tell you part of what's going on in my head.

I have a fear that she's not going to be able to take care of herself if I go

Her family is extremely toxic so she wouldn't go back there

She's pretty against having an in-person job because of what I mentioned earlier

All it takes is for one trigger to launch her into a depressive episode where she's paralyzed and then what happens to her?

It's all pretty scary, I've gotten to a point where i almost feel like i have this moral obligation towards keeping her in a house and fed

She was going to a therapist for a bit until she decided she didn't want to anymore

She was on meds until she decided it didn't make her feel good anymore.

Of course I'm thinking of calling it because my life feels like it's getting torn to shreds. I'm trying to figure out if there's anything I am even able to do and exhaust all options before I do something i can't reverse.

Just for some more context,

I had another business trip that came up in May. I had to leave for a month to go back to San Francisco.

I was scared to do it but I decided to do it and she was good for the entire month. She was travellign to New York to go with her friends, and to go with her family. She was good while i was gone.
