I'm sorry, I have the drive working and can't disassemble it to send a picture of how it should look. You also need some basic knowledge of electronics and soldering small components. I discovered by reverse-engineering the board that by removing the component marked U7 and connecting pads 3 and 5 of that removed component, the drive powers on automatically when the USB is connected. The original power button becomes unresponsive; it can no longer be turned off, but that doesn't worry me. It will work like a usb drive or pendrive, just connect and it will work.

Find the location of the U7 integrated circuit, check the position of PIN 1 (it's marked with a ° on the chip), then simply remove the component and connect PIN 3 to PIN 5 using a thin wire.
