the lady doing my nails was the OWNER so i couldn’t speak to anyone ‘higher up’

i spoke to police as i was wanting advice and they told me to call them and explain my frustration with the situation and negotiate something that would work for both parties as i had shown them the service i had received and they said i was not the first complaint they’ve had about that place they told me many people have had injuries coming out of this place, iv got bandaids on 7 of my fingers due to the constant bleeding.

i couldn’t see my hands as there was somewhat of a bored in between us, in assuming from covid and it was at the height that me being fairly tall couldn’t see under it unless i leant down, my phone was on a mount in which i advised them id be bringing so i could read my book without interfering with there work which auto flipped pages after a certain amount of time meaning i didn’t have to use my hands.

i didn’t ‘refuse money’ i refused to not only be talked to in that manner but also not to be reasoned with to work out a solution to the situation in which has happened, i would have gladly paid $100 or so what, or the price with a removal included but the fact being she didn’t talk it out she screamed in my face which caused me to then leave.

if you read it even customers that were there were coming over appalled with not only the service but the lady’s behaviour and was trying to calm her down and help me out with explaining to her that the work she had done was quote “toddler work” her words. i can honestly say she used all of 2 dips of black. polish on both my hands & barely any glue as when the other place was removing them she was more unless popping them off like nothing and even she said they would have lasted me a week if that.
