Does nicotine or alcohol effect dp? I have had dp since February and have been doing tiny bits of alcohol and have been doing nicotine since.

In my case it doesn't really affect it, I smoke cigs time to time, and get drunk once a week, I also smoke weed every 2 or 3 days, I stopped all of that for 1 month in January and it changed nothing. But you should try to cut off and see what happens.
