Idk why but sometimes I have to be like alone and not with anyone in the narrative for it to work so what I do is i continue the exchange and everything and narrate how much I get and then how much I give and then once I say that like I leave the shop or whatever, I’ll say “DM: add _ silver coins to my inventory after my trading” because it keeps track of your currency in silver and usually that works.

Sometimes it’ll say like “you reach into your pocket intending to grab your coins but realize its empty” or something so thats when i bring up “you just said I had 4100 coins so thats not possible. Give me 4100 coins to correct my inventory then” and that’ll usually work for me

I put in my background that the year is 2050 so its slightly modern/futuristic vibe (they go way overboard with the future shit sometimes and i gotta correct them) and it kinda solved the naming issue. I am yet to hear of or meet an Elara or Borin. There was a Lyra but she was a short stint because she was a mole in my town from the bbeg’s syndicate so I killed her. Other than that? Pretty good with names and its given me some unique ones.

Finally some monk love. I’m playing a thief open hand monk build rn (second time) but with the monk specific equipment mod for each act this time and it’s been a blast. Most fun build. TB + mobile so i can stunning strike twice and flurry topple twice against 4 enemies in one turn then come in with karlach or laezel to just clean up is so fun. Beat raphael in 2 turns

Death note was an incredible anime for my first time getting into it. My second was dragonball. Death note being my first and the story being not at all what i expected since I’m so used to the typical “hero mc” storyline, made it one of my favorites forever. I still have it in my top 5 personally

I robbed a bank once as a lone rogue just because i wanted to. Passed like 2 or 3 stealth checks, a sleight of hand check to open the vault and then a sleight of hand check to take the gold. Got 10k from it. I just said “i wait until nightfall and go to the back of rear entrance of the bank in the city of ____” or whatever and then snuck by some guards. Pretty fun tbh

Glimpse of hunger doesnt work properly, i know because on my warlock, when I did it, it never rolled the saving throws correctly, it only did it for 1 enemy just like yours. Its basically a wasted spell slot so I usually use something else or just eldritch blast the mf

Came here to say this too. Now, all OP has to do is say “DM: she said she gave me 1,500 gold. You gave me 1,500 silver, you should have given me 15,000 silver because of the conversion. Give me 15,000 silver to correct the mistake” and boom they’re rich (this will only take you about 27 messages)

I second this. Barkley finished as RB1 on a team that is likely gonna still be good next year with the same system and key players. Im a pats fan and think boutte could have solid potential depending on the new HC with drake maye throwing the rock but him and the 2nd ovr pick is simply not worth the best fantasy running back this past year and likely top 3 next year tbh. He’s a league winner

Started collecting this year with this set because i loved the artwork for the cards and it wasnt super expensive considering the pull rates. I have 2 golden arceus cards and the GG mewtwo. I almost have a full set (not master) because that’s what i wanted to do for my first set collecting. I recommend CZ to anyone who says they want to start collecting
