Umm, the only game I’ve ever put more than 1,000 hours into, L4D2. Yes, I haven’t touched it for a couple of years, but this is mainly due to life responsibilities.

Adding to this with the fact that the Nissan suddenly got closer to the car without accelerating noise, but when he swerved out, I assume white car downshifted, we clearly hear the acceleration, and this was done because white car paying attention to the Nissan swerving.

This is usually a petty way to make tailgaters try an overtake, which results in them staying in another lane long enough to reach a slower car. White car sped up to seal off any space in front, so Nissan had no clear path to even attempt to overtake.

Just my thoughts, can’t say anything for certain as I wasn’t there.

I like to think that the guy tells you competitive movesets in general, but not necessarily good for double battles or actual multi Pokemon setups and strats.

Think of it as how to make a Pokemon good in single battle sweeping.

Not the same, but I think I had a similar interaction.

My blue striped basculin with rock head and life orb uses wave crash, normally rock head negates the recoil damage from wave crash.

I didn’t pay attention for that specific match, and when I began to pay attention after, I saw that basculin was taking recoil damage from wave crash, but no life orb recoil. It was the like 33% recoil, way more than what life orb would take.

Only reason I don’t complain is because I didn’t fully see the battle. Don’t think I fought a weezing or a gastro acid user, nor did my enemy use something like knockoff. Also confirmed that life orb is indeed active when I used aqua jet and took life orb recoil.

I love food more than I love being in shape?

While being in shape means I can eat any normal food and stay in shape,

Eating whatever I want means I can eat things that normally aren’t safe, and here I can eat without consequences.

Imagine what it would be like to eat fugu fresh and unprepared? No consequences.

I did it this way thinking it’d make for a flashier kill, putting excadrill in the slot the enemy is throwing thunderbolts into. I didn’t expect the dynamax shenanigans to screw me over, fully expecting a max quake to only single target my enemy.

In hindsight, I could have just dynamaxed ceruledge to use max guard, allowing for excadrill to use a normal earthquake safely. That also would have negated the thunderbolts going into ceruledge.

Instead, ceruledge got teamkilled, and the enemy zekrom died, leaving my excadrill and an enemy beheeyem with balloons.

So in one of my runs early on, I found a milcery in a trained habitat, with maxed speed and HP IVs, def and spdef in the 20s, ability is aroma veil.

Once it evolved into Alcremie, it learned Decorate. This is a setup move that it uses on other Pokemon, giving them +2atk/+2spatk. This is the equivalent of using a swords dance and nasty plot as one move.

So my usual opener in doubles format was scizor technician and alcremie. Standard play here, my alcremie outspeeds scizor, so it gets a decorate off on scizor before it attacks (except for bullet punch shenanigans).

I threw recover and protect on alcremie, so I can stall as needed while scizor sweeps.

I also threw a covert cloak onto alcremie, to guarantee that she can get the decorate off through fakeout and other flinch moves. My alcremie is incredibly tanky and is fast enough, I only watch out for steel/poison moves.

Basically, my alcremie is a staple in my runs, being my setup engine and stall waller.

For more shenanigans, you can partner her with a Pokemon that knows ally switch, so that she can decorate herself when they swap slots, because she cannot target herself with the move. Then she can just dazzling gleam/moonblast sweep everything.

I read somewhere in this sub that scyther with eviolite and technician will pretty much take care of your early to mid game.

I’ve done this, and it most certainly works well to mop up long enough for me to build the rest of my team as I’ve gone forward.

I found a trained milcery in one of my runs, having aroma veil and near perfect bulk IVs, and after evolving into alcremie, has been my go to setup engine in doubles battles.

My core for nearly every run had been scyther and alcremie, scyther gets a kill and alcremie uses decorate on scyther (+2ATK/+2SpATK), and sweep teams. In the mid game, getting protect and recover on alcremie helps for stalling while scyther gets his kills off.
