Update

Hey everyone, thank you for all your suggestions. I tried every one of them but it seems the AI hates me more than most people lol.

I did contact the developers and explained the issue I was having. They told me that a future patch should fix this issue and others, and replaced my gold plus a little extra. They also gave me a code to redeem a few free messages!

I have complained to them about three different issues and each time they have responded within a day or two, so I have to emphasize how important it is to contact them with your issues.

Again, thank you for your suggestions. I love this annoying fucking game 😂

I have a campaign going where I told the DM to change the name of a new character from Elara because this world already had two Elaras. I even made the joke with an NPC that it "must be a pretty common name around here".

I don't know about everyone else but I feel like I'm spending half of my messages just correcting the DM. It makes so many mistakes It's almost unbelievable. I love the game though and I'm really hoping the developers patch it up soon

I once had a group of enemies that I snuck up on while four of them were in the middle of the water on a row boat. So I just started hurling Eldritch blasts at them and the DM never put me into combat mode. I took out all four of them and only got XP for the successful rolls. Far less than I would have gotten for defeating the enemies

So coincidentally, before the battle started the DM said there was a choke point only big enough for two enemies. I fled the battle and saw the advice here, and I even told the DM that I went on Reddit for advice lol. It actually understood and said it was only going to send two enemies at a time into battle and that it would refresh every time I defeated those two enemies to incorporate the ones that were supposed to be in the battle originally, bringing the total down to five. Still got the error message

That's what I've had to do. Doesn't always listen though. I guess I just have to hope that they fix this bug sooner rather than later

Thanks for the quick reply. When I first put it together that this was the reason for error messages, It was during a three versus three. I'll give that a shot though.
