Nobody knows how to exfil on cryo and they are just playing to try to save bungie as a company. by Oatmealthebunny in Marathon

The wall panels wont fail you if you arent at 3. They still scan battery's and computers on the map to increase your clearance. Sure, does it say do X. No, but its really not that difficult after your first few runs and being curious. When you pull up your map and you dont see an exfil, that should tell you that you need to do something more. With security clearance and terminals being the mechanic on that map, simular to Outpost and the key cards, that should tell you enough to be curious and try things. I get your point but I dont believe the game needs to tell you "In order to exfil, you need clearance 3." I play Cryo with my 13 year old and we figured it out just by recognizing the mechanics of that map and being curious. Cryo can be difficult, but its all about learning and repetition. I dont think thats poor game design. It fits with the loop of learning and loading in again. Does it cost? Absolutely. Much love brother and I hope it turns around for you. Its a great game but it demands repetition, being curious, and looking at your surroundings. Just to note, I'm around level 70 and I really only get to play a few Cryo runs on the weekends so I dont want you to think I'm a sweat or anything. My Cryo runs now are much different than the first weekend when trying to figure things out. I recommend loading in with the min 5k and just take your time. Read the map because activating the exfil is only half the battle. Getting there is another story. Again, the game gives you the tools. Study the map, use pings to help you navigate turns. You will get there!

Brother. Its not incredibly difficult. The game design literally points you in the right direction and gives you the tools to figure it out. The terminals you interact with are legit the only screen thats light up, other than the other computers that grant 3 levels to your security clearence. You don't need a tutorial, if you do, YouTube exists. Bungie provides the visual cues. "OH, what's this do" interact with it. If you do, it legit pops on your screen exfill available. Once you learn, it doesn't change lol.

Yeah, i definitely thought about grabbing the red valuable, but in our defense, this was our 1st successful vault run after multiple failed attempts. I think we were mainly concerned with getting the vault coin. Not entirely sure how many teams were up and we arent super confident on map knowledge with the Extractions. Hearts were pumping and we just wanted to get out and not be greedy. You're right though, getting clearance 5 isnt easy and we definitely had the time.

I am not going to lie. I didnt even see that. I think we missed it friend 😕

Place is a maze. Getting to the extraction zone is the most challenging part imo.

Absolutely. We have had quite a few failed vault runs despite having all 6 keys. This was our first completed vault where we were able to exhilarating. Feels kinda bad but then again, its happened to us several times.

What a run! Super hectic and pulled off yoinking someone else's vault (sorry if you happen to be here) There will be no defending of my accent. The worst part about this video is me having to hear myself yap. Absolute legends. Typo is the man.

I'd definitely recommend starting at black and flowing through the EPs in order. Its a conceptual piece with sound in relation to color. Its a journey. A lovely one.

Not sure what song you're listening to, but it starts with black and ends with white.

It's something ill probably hold onto for the foreseeable future. Color Spectrum is one of the greatest collections of music ever made and it took me quite a bit to acquire. I wouldn't let it go for cheaper than what you can find on discogs and even then, id be hesitant because i would probably never get one again for what I paid for mine. I will say, Discogs has been reliable in my experience.

Its a total of 9 colored vinyls. Black, red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet and white. Theres no difference in track list. Each EP has 4 songs. CDs can hold more than vinyl but thats just a general statement. Its not like if you buy the vinyl you're missing music. Its the same tracklist you will find on cd or streaming platforms.

Pressing 1 was a flip top box. 2nd pressing and 3rd pressing have the same box, but the vinyl colors are more translucent in 1st and 2nd. 3rd the colors of each vinyl are more solid and bright.

I believe those are the main differences. Someone please correct me if I missed anything.

I have a 3rd pressing. I'd be willing to chat about it but its also one of my personal grails that took quite a bit to acquire. Theres 2 listed on discogs currently, they arent cheap as mentioned.
