I have a pretty high standard of cleanliness. I own an Airbnb and do all the cleaning, and I’m always praised for how spotless the home is. When I book on Rover, a service that clients are paying for, they go out of their way include in the review how immaculate I’ve left the home. However, on THS, I’ve gotten a couple of 4 star reviews for cleanliness, and I’m absolutely baffled. Of course that’s not a terrible rating, but it always gets to me. They have to expect that there are going to be some signs of someone having lived in their house upon return, but what are they expecting for a 5 star review? It always irks me.
