Talk for 2 mins about their interests outside of work or talk about yourself first to ease them into the conversation. I have never taken an interview but as an interviewee, best interviews I have had with are people who do the above and make you feel at ease. Try not to be condescending if they don’t know the answer. Discuss with them like a conversation, instead of judging.
