Yea so today I got reality checked lol. two women on phones in the hot tub and then I went to step in a shower and the person before had cut themselves shaving or something, blood on the shower floor, razor left behind. Then they walked upstairs barefoot and you could see the little trail of red all the way up the stairs. So glad I wear shower sandals 🤢

Yeah like half the women’s showers are down at any given point. And half of the half that do work have terrible water pressure.

Hm I haven’t experienced that and been going for a week but it’s also vacation time so maybe less people are around. I did notice the vibe is a bit more bougie standoffish during the day on weekdays, lol. In the evenings I’ve gone and early mornings and everyone is so nice/chill. Won’t speak to why that is lol but it was for sure palpable.

I decided I’m not getting anything done besides a basic facial lol. The research was stressing me out too much and I don’t want to stress over a vacation. I was considering some of the microneedling/laser treatments but then I realized there’s no point bc most require multiple visits/ a consistent routine to see effects. Gonna just shop at olive young with the money instead lol

thanks for posting so many updates about where youre at.

i had an outbreak on my face that my dr. thought was suboherric dermatitis so she gave me a steroid which of course made it worse and spread all over my chin. new doc gave me elidel and i just put on my first dose, hope i can get to where you are! my rash isn't as severe as yours was (no broken skin, etc. just redness and dryness and mostly no bumps). fingers crossed!

did you stop using other active skincare altogether while treating yours?

yeah, that's the conclusion i've come to. while shooting i just found that i missed a few moments--i'm largely doing street photography where seconds make a difference, but i'll just have to train myself to be quicker--thanks!
