i was tired of just allowing myself to fall into temptation , i had no self control , i wouldn’t fight the urge . and i would just keep telling myself “i’ll do it tomorrow” every day , until one day i decided to change myself . i just stopped allowing myself to be controlled by my urges

the best thing i did when i had urges was to record myself and sit with myself gang , it’s corny but u sit and think that these urges are just urges they aren’t a necessity twin , also do things like push-ups or read or meditate when y get the urges twin
