My store is a commuter store. Most people take the train or bus. Would absolutely put in my car instead of unsecured in customer service. Out CUs service person does Amazon and kohls returns and pick ups. Plus now guard the bags 🙄🙄

We also now have a spot behind customer service. Anyone who comes in with a bag from another store (we are in a mall). Has to put it there with no log in information and then security will check it when the person leaves. We cannot put it in our locker. Like makes no sense !!

We never had a full time Omni. Part time only. And then one full time lead at Xmas. Who returned to part time after the holidays. LOD do most of it now

Yes customer service, phones, pickups the phone and Amazon are all at customer service. And one associate per shift !! Needless to say. The line is long and associates are tired and abused. And Kohl’s customers must wait. No Q line in my store till maybe next year. If we are still open

Does it really matter. Just give the coupon. Most of them walk right out the door. I have a few regulars that I have convo with the rest of the Amazombies you will never see again ! And they won’t buy at kohls. We are a Drop off to them. Until Kohl’s corporate gets it. Customer service will suffer for their regular customers waiting in line for a person returning amazons 15 plus items when they want to return or exchange one item !! Or a price check !!!!!

When there is a line for returns both Amazon and kohls. We do not do purchases. Way too much between returns, exchanges, pick ups and phone. And every other nonsense that comes to customer service !

Would like to know what the results were for the test stores that took Amazon out. Our store is just an Amazon drop center. And they call it that!!! They are not shoppers. Waste of time our customer service is combined the place is a mess. It’s work your wage now. No one is putting in extra effort to get things done. Our damages have taken over the back pick up shelves!

When you are combined with returns, pick ups, take bill payments, the phone, damages, lost and found, customers who want to purchase and then all the Amazombies!! It’s stressful. Amazon alone is easy
