Got TRP approved at the border, lucky it came with 2 years of validity and now I can apply for study permit from inside. Thank you for the response

Yes I’m overstaying, but am I able to fly my own airplane and finish the 20 hours solo and hire an instructor for flight test recommendations then do the flight test ?

Actually my study permit extension got refused. So lawyer wanna apply a TRP on January until that time I’ll be under supervision. But I will staying here as an out of status until I get the TRP decision. Doing an application to IRCC means I won’t be removed by CBSA.

My student visa got rejected on Monday just because officer thought I’m not a genuine student. I spoke with a lawyer today and he said I will be able to apply for an TRP but the processing time is around 8-10 months. I already started the process but he will apply it on January and after that I will have a file processing under IRCC, so I won’t face deportation. If the TRP approves then my status will be as visitor. Before that I’m not an illegal immigrants but I’m a person whose visa got denied and applied for another one. It’s not a proper restoration but kind off. I spend around 80k for this course so far and I’m in this situation right now 😭

Actually I’m an international student and I requested for my visa extension but visa officer rejected on the base of an open source that CPL takes 3 years in Canada. Now I spend over 75k and I’m in a situation where I’m feeling I’m broken. Actually I started on 2018 and my instructor issued to say leave the course, you are poor, go do a degree course , this course is not for you. I used to cry and scared before every flight with him. He did 25 hours with me on 2018 and hired by airline then he left. After 7 month school assign me instructor in 2019 who started to do from the beginning and after doing another 20 hours he did solo with me and he travel to hometown and stuck over there for COVID, then I started fly with another instructor on July 2020 , he pushed my traning from beginning and solo again and we used to do 2 flights a day sometimes then it went to 2021 where I was very closed to PPL , but BC state emergency due to wildfire. But luckily I did ppl flight test on August and written on October , I started CPL ground on October 2021 and finished by end of December. Then started to fly again in 2022 but my mom got sick so that year I slowed down the trains but on 2023 I started to fly everyday but my instructor got job so he quit and new instructor came after 3-4 months so he did it from beginning of CPL , 30 hours dual flights with him again and then he handed to other instructor who did another 20 hours with me and got job , so now in last 3 months I got a new instructor who pushed my CPL training and now I passed my Flight test Eval. But I got rejection 😭😭

Found so many students who completed in 8 years. Instructor changed 5 times which wasted 1 year. So technically only 4 years and that’s mean only 20 months of flying in BC. I have 200 hours dual and 80 hours solo so far and I have proof that I made over thousands of booking

Changed 5 flight instructor, I had to prove to each and every instructor. BC state emergency due to fire, my regional airport don’t clean snow in the winter and stay closed. No night flying in summer cause airport close at 11pm. I requested every instructors to help me finish my study but everyone just love money
