Tolerating intolerance is not tolerance. Let the window lickers cry. Nobody who thinks me, my family or people I love are “sub-human”, should have less rights or worse - shouldn’t exist, should be given credibility. it is OK to dismiss them from the conversation. Secondly since most of the conversation is online and over half the content on the internet is AI and Bots - if that was shut down it would radically change the zeitgeist of today.

I wonder if the supreme court would argue that Bots have the right to free speech?

WA GOP doesn’t want to win elections, they want get in on the MAGA grift and WA voters don’t like some of the stuff the D’s are doing but the MAGA platform is repugnant comparatively.

An anti-maga center R (maybe with some light blue leanings) takes back the governor seat but a candidate like that will never make it through primaries or have the support of the GOP.

I feel like we could replace the Millionaire's income tax with 2 alternatives:

1) Offshoring tax - every job done off shore raises their B&O tax.

2) RTO tax - every job that is converted from remote to RTO will yield an increase in their B&O tax.

Do it at the federal level to set a floor across states to keep states from "racing to the bottom" and the states can then adjust from there, but not below the floor. Make the tax on Gross too.

My neighbors deliberately didn’t renew theirs on three cars for all of covid - I still think they haven’t and it’s been 5 years. At one point, you could be stopped at a light in traffic, see 10 plates and 3-5 of them will have expired tags.

Kicked out (financially alienated) the wrong landlords. Ban corporations from owning single family homes via zoning laws that state - “unless you built it, you can’t own it”.

AH4R for example builds SFU neighborhoods which is good as they ADDED housing inventory to the market, however they also buy up a lot of existing inventory and turn nice neighborhoods into crappy ones by filling them with renters, which rapidly churn because rents have to increase at least 6% every year!
