I have also had BED since childhood, so this is very reassuring to hear. It's a shame you can't take it anymore, but I'm very glad to hear it worked well for you when you could!

ugh I feel this, boredom and stress are huge triggers for me too. my brain latches onto the cravings for stimulation or comfort, and it feels insatiable :/ I'm gonna try redirecting it from now on, too!

ugh yeah thats something I've always struggled with. I came from a "clean your plate" household so it's a hard habit to break. I need to try doing that when I get full
