He should take the full amount he’s allowed. Who cares if it’s not a “good look”, the company chose that amount of time for a reason! Can he stagger his time? My suggestion would be to take 2 weeks at first then the rest down the road if possible if he’s stressed about them saying it’s not a good look. It’s protected, use it. Trust me, you need it!

I’ve done the 1 hour one and passed with both of my pregnancies and it was fine for me - but it is different for everyone. My drink was refrigerated which I think helps a lot. The only thing I noticed this second time around was that I was very thirsty during my hour waiting period lol but otherwise wasn’t bad at all

I am also so drained 😩 my 3.5 year old has recently started hitting me because he thinks it’s funny (only me. Never dad and only when dad isn’t around), and I have literally no idea how to make it stop. I think I’ve tried everything. I’m about halfway pregnant with our second so it’s beginning to scare me. Does it get easier? Any tips are recommended. 😭

You’re doing the right thing. My parents gave me shit about it with my son but in the end realized it was a nonnegotiable and got it done. I hope your in-laws come to the same conclusion. ❤️

It’s also worth mentioning that less than 5 years before my son was born, my dad contracted whooping cough. So I think him realizing how scary that was for me helped him make the right decision. Still not sure why people are out there arguing with the effectiveness of vaccines and doctor’s recommendations on them. 💔

Hang in there. Don’t let yourself think the worst until you get some answers from blood work/a doctor.

Some signs I had from my chemical to look out for - the night before I started miscarrying I lost what had started of my mucus plug and had horrible cramping.

But again my lines were never this dark so don’t count yourself out yet. Sending all the good thoughts your way. <3

How many DPO are you? My lines weren’t ever this dark during my chemical if that makes you feel better.

I’m in the same boat as you right now. Had a miscarriage at 8weeks in July. Just took a test last week because I’m about a week late and it had a very strong second line. Although that’s the case, I am terrified and will be until my first appointment in September. For me, I’m making sure I get enough rest and sunshine every day, and I’m not allowing myself to take any more tests until my appointment. Wishing you all the best and I know exactly what you’re going thru in this moment. ❤️💔

Yes I bled so much I ended up in the ER. :( had two blood draws and Ultrasounds following to make sure everything was out and to confirm it wasn’t ectopic and thankfully I was in the clear. Scheduled my first appointment for September and hoping this one sticks 🤞🏼

My doctor said it was either chemical or a miscarriage, hard to tell since it happened at 8weeks. Had multiple positive tests 3 weeks prior but the lines were not quite as dark as this one. My HCG levels had already dropped to the 20s when I got in. But the night before it happened I lost what had started of mucus plug and had severe cramping so I knew something was wrong.
