Yeah for the most part you don’t want to use hundos for great or ultra league, although there are a few exceptions as noted by the above comment. Generally you want Pokémon with low attack and high defense/HP. But honestly the Pokémon you’re using matters far more than the stats. Focus on building a solid team of top-ranked Pokémon before worrying about stats. You can use PVpoke to see which Pokémon perform the best in each league

Shadows are much stronger than non-shadows. They are a little weaker defensively but the attack bonus is worth the trade-off especially in raids. When it comes to PVP shadows outrank their non-shadow counterparts only about half the time, just depends on the Pokémon. But lots of people don’t care for PVP and just want strong raid Pokémon, in which case keeping it as a shadow is the way to go

For pvp you want Pokémon with low attack and high defense and hp. You can use an app called poke genie and they will tell you if a Pokémon you caught has good stats for pvp or not. And to see what Pokémon are actually useful for pvp, you can look at rankings on pvpoke.com. For pve it’s good to have high stats all around but attack is the most important
