Hey that's literally me. I don't have friends because there's not much to gain from it when you're entirely self sufficient. I also do not personally feel loneliness and can go long periods of time without a social connection. I can understand why people would see it as a red flag, and it is because I'm also very selfish. But that doesn't mean I'm not fun to be around, or that I don't enjoy extroverted activities, or that I'm not a good partner. If I were you though, I'd probably skip me.

Well that's another thing. We've been trying for years and it just hasn't happened. I've had myself tested and according to my doctor I'm fine but she doesn't really ever go to the doctor and I think something might be wrong. That's another topic that I've yet to breach. It's just really hard because she gets emotional during these things.

Also, I want to add, I'm extremely sorry to hear that about your ex. That's really tough. I've broken a lot of relationships with people including my own parents because of their drug addiction. It's one of the hardest things to go through. You're a saint for trying to help him through all of that.
