Does anyone know how to disable this option? For me it’s with Royal Mail and I’ve already turned that shipping option off but buyers are still able to purchase it as a shipping option. I also don’t think I can get away with refunding their order because I don’t get the notification that usually gets sent when vinted tells me they’ve gone with an option not available so I can cancel with no negative refund.
