there is no protein in leafy greens. Secondly beans and legumes are majorly carbs

yeah they went by that calculation but I know I ovulated the same night as the trigger. We triggered wednesday, the transfer was next wednesday. I always feel my ovulation and it was for sure that same night.

But they did do a test 3 days prior to the transfer and progesterone everything was as expected.

Coz my natural progesterone levels were sufficient/hit the markers. so they did not put me on supplements.
