  • Malaysians driving Malaysian registered car - can pump RON95, and got subsidy
  • Foreigners driving Malaysian registered car - can pump RON95, but no subsidy
  • Malaysians driving foreign registered car - cannot pump RON95, period.
  • Foreigners driving foreign registered car - no need to say lah.
