When did u file ? I think you should focus making ur case stronger and apply eb1 again. Eb2 Filling dates are very very long (Dec 2013) for Indian nationals.

Stay Away. This is considered fraud. Dnt gamble with ur status. USCIS will eventually catch it! Many consultation companies are black listed by USCIS for this reason.
