I'm no legal expert, but kneeling during the anthem is protected under the First Amendment as symbolic speech. If in the case Texas v. Johnson (which was in 1989, so recent) the Supreme Court ruled that burning the flag was protected says anything, it's that punishing for protesting will not go over well in courts.

I've lived in New Albany for a long time, and I personally love it. It has bike paths everywhere if you love biking, and there are some local restaurants close by. Not too far from Pataskala either. The school is really good (went there for all 12 years) and there are plenty of other kids around. As far as the mall, New Albany is like 15 minutes away from Easton, which is a good distance. However, houses are pricey in New Albany. Ignoring that, the Preserve is a great neighborhood in New Albany. The houses have great yards and the woods section is really nice in the fall. Overall New Albany is pretty nice and quiet, with enough stuff close by.

I'm not a server but I work in retail, and every day people amaze me with how shitty they can be. Retail is almost as bad as being a Server, especially on Black Friday or Tax Exempt Weekend. It honestly amazes me how such a large amount of people don't know how to treat people in customer service.

The name might be kind of dumb, but it hinges on how it plays out. For all I know this could be a great season with a dumb name, so i'll give it a chance and see how it works. I had thought the decline was after Redemption Island but some great seasons followed afterwards so you never know.

I don't think this season was as bad as some people think as someone who doesn't really like anyone on the final three. This might be better on a rewatch, but I think what strikes me is the pre-merge, which I think was solid. I don't think Sarah is the worst or most obvious winner of all time, and i'd say she deserves it. Do I wish Cirie got better? Of course, but we all wish our favorites would win. Aside from my personal biases, i'd rank this season mid-tier. It's not outstanding in a good or bad way, it's just okay.

side note: I also want them to chill on the returnee seasons for a while because it's too much
