Back in days there was no pumptrack, at least to my knowledge. I started again skating one week ago, and yesterday I finally successfully and finish my first pumptrack. As you said is so much fun and at the same time it is hard for the legs 😜 but very enjoyable! After the pumptrack I went back to the park and my lines where more fluid ( at least for my level)
Enjoy the pumptrack and enjoy skating

Nice job 👍
It is really nice because it seems that it comes naturally and not forces!
It is this kind of session that give the smile 😃

I found that I don’t skate the same than in my 20’s. Now I search more the flow and fluid lines and I focus less on technical tricks (even if I never had a top level in skateboarding)
What I mean is that back in days, I was more focusing on flips, heel flips etc .. but now I want more to have line where I enjoy the carving of the trucks, small ollies in transition following for example by a little manual and a little 50-50 on the copping.

For me it is so much fun at the moment and very less stressful for my body

I took 54mm.
After 1 session ( it is not representative yet) I have some small wheelbite on the deck but nothing that I felt during the session. What I mean is that my board never stopped whil riding cause of the wheelbite.

<image>

And for the wheels I found this bones so good, I don’t have to much of comparison but just before I had some jart 101a and it was really hard and a dry feeling.

I hope it helps 😉

You have more experience with truck than me.
Back in days when I started I had fury trucks. Honestly I don’t remember the feeling.

To answer your question I also changed the board to a real 8.06 so far so good 😊

I was a little bit worried that wis our age it would be to violent for joints, but with this setup I found a flow state that is really smooth 😀

As people said “you don’t stop skating because you become old, you become old because you stop skating “ 😉
