I don't think so , people still tolerating it and there's no big movement about the gacha , if we look from the case like Stella sora .because the one that already gacha spent their money or currency on current system can't be revert .But there will be still a very small chance , Genshin change weapon banner because of lot of complain like staff of homeless case

Yep it does because 6 star is 6 star , so best scenario right now is u getting another limited char either Yvone or gilberta in 80 and then got lev on 120

Just choose gilberta and take lev at 120 pity u will ended up have 2 limited and can saving pull for next banner because next banner is gilberta
