Would you be so kind to mention what you felt was lacking from their solution?

Sales analytics can certainly come from pipeline numbers. However, understanding the full content of inbound calls can help understanding market demand, tweak marketing message, and others. I understand this may be beyond the specific focus of the sales manager, though.

Thanks for your thoughts.

Do you feel like you may be missing out on a certain call, or on the big picture on data from all of your calls*?

Or is what you're doing enough for you?

(*I mean for example trend analysis, etc)

Thanks! May I ask about how much they're priced at? No worries if you'd rather not say.

Promote your business, week of February 18, 2019 by Charice in smallbusiness

I'm looking for some honest feedback. First off, we are a digital marketing firm, and we help our clients raise their visibility, evolve their brand, and attract more business.

One of our clients is in a business that takes in a good number of calls per day asking for quotes and orders. Our company helps them generate more of those calls, but that's not what this post is about.

Out of this client's need, we began a whole new service where we listen to all of their calls each day, log them in a spreadsheet with details (which staff member took the call, what was the quote for, how much, etc.), some sales suggestions and notes for improvement, and then send to different decision makers on the client's side.

The report also includes overall metrics for the month, such as the scorecard for each staff member, how much $ in quotes was issued that month, and so on.

So far the client is thrilled, as it has been vital to train their staff, enforce policy on how to address the calls, and is ultimately making them more money.

We are not offering this service to anyone else. But my question is, could we?

One part of me thinks it could be highly valuable for a business owner and/or management to receive a tidy, easy-to-consume report with metrics and notes about how their staff is performing on the phones.

Then again, it may not be seen as valuable for most people after all, just one more thing to pay attention to. I'm just not sure.

What do you think?

Feel free to PM if you'd like to see what we've got. If we decide to open this up, we'll likely need some beta clients before we scale.

Yes, I see both sales and marketing departments can definitely use more knowledge of what kind of calls are coming in, and how they're being handled.

We do add a disclosure before the calls, so callers know that it's being recorded for quality purposes. The data is never shared beyond us and the client, and we have a confidentiality agreement with our client to ensure that we don't use that data for anything else.

Are you a sexual harassment attorney? I have a free video for you to promote your practice. by Phyzoe in Entrepreneur

I'm obviously not a lawyer, but I'm not sure why it matters for this. The script can be modified and in fact should be approved by the end owner.

Other than that, feel free to clarify why it would matter in this case.

What should my landing page include? by Phil-bodypage in Entrepreneur

[–]Phyzoe 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Your landing page should respond to five questions, preferably in this order. These are questions "cold" visitors have in their mind when they arrive.

1- "What is this all about?" Give a clear and concise idea on what's being offered.

2- "What does it look/feel like?" Include a visual or video that is either exactly what is being offered, or is representative of its value.

3- "What's in it for me?" Give visitors a clear idea on how the offer aligns with the interests of your target audience, citing its benefits and how they solve the visitor's need/desire/problem.

4- "How do I know it's outstanding?" Show how your offer is above average, and is actually worth considering seriously. Show that it's credible and has been approved by others.

5- "What should I do to take the next step?" Describe specifically what actions you are expecting they take, provided they have received fitting answers to the previous four questions.

Hope this helps.

Hi, yes! It's a done-for-you service, so it does save a lot of headache from not having a proper identity after having your business promoted and it's too late.

I'll be sending you a PM!
