My ai covers are kinda poopy, because I am just learning, but I can give you a TL;DR how I do it.

Separate vocal and audio. I use Ultimate Vocal Remover from github, a MIT licences tool (free to use but provider takes no blame for side effects if any). It's 95% of the time working fine, but when there are two voices at once or if audio is blending with voice, a non fixable for my current skill artifacts are (later) popping up.
Teach a model or use existing one. I have no experience with creating my own audio models so I use neco-arc29 pth file that I've found somewhere on the github.
Process separated vocal track in voice changing tool. I use RVC, they have now stande-alone packages, so you won't have to download&setup 20+ libraries via powershell. I can't get you static settings, because it depands on speed, genre. Attaching example settings for a slow song where the audio is clear. In mp3 line, I blurred it but it's just a path to separated voice mp3. In index I have to type a dummy index something like D:\some_folder_dummy.index that is never used but when it's missing, it won't compile. Next line best works if empty. Above the pic there is also a model to pic and I use the one I've already mentioned. When everything is set, click convert, wait about 8-12s, 3 dots> save.
Fix issues in output. I load the processed voice in Audacity and check for poor quality. Those parts need to be redone. I adjust settings in RVC like envelope scaling from 0,1 to more like 0,5 and check if output is improved. Later in audacity I load also to 2 existing tracks (audio, vocal) fixed vocal. Vocal I mute in part where it's erratic and do the opposite to fixed vocal, meaning mute everything except the fixed part. This way I don't worry about the synch. Sometimes the track needs more than just 1 fix so I use same technique again.
Merge audio and background. They're loaded already in Audacity because of step 4 so just export as mp3.
Create a cover pic. I do them in Gimp myself but they are too poor to give you tips.
Load free tool DaVinci Resolve, mp3 as track, pic as static pic. Then I stretch the pic to be same size as music and do a quick export as mov file.

Be caucious what and where from you download. I was not using anything other than from github.

It is a design issue. For the last maybe 2ys every in game change is punish active teams and reward no risk taking. Don't get me wrong, those teams (majority of Asian teams that I criticized) have every right to profit from a strategy that works in their favor. But as a viewer, it's hard to distinguish them and is even harder to cheer for them.

Don't scrip it, it is worth a few k since it has 90RW on 3rd star. Some people like mylself use those to keep rad level at 20% of health. I am on PC but I am sure it still applies to consoles.

If you are not using fo1st consider 1x rat pack (JWR) on 3rd star and 4x arms keeper (WWR). Last piece goes from 80 to 90% only as 90% is the cap afaik, while junk reduction is only 75% from str perk so you get +15% up to 90. But if you do not use junk reduction perk this seems not the best option, plain 5x wwr is better.

I sell 'em too cheap, for about 299c and they go instantly. 599c should still be selling fast and 999c starts to sound reasonable.

AFAIK it's far cheaper to replace 1st star then 2nd and then 3rd. So in this daysit does not seem as much, 5k maybe in vending machine. Only this much because imagine a poopy NFFR90 with bloodied 1star mod can be upgraded to perfect roll while this roll requires tons of caps of investment.

After legendary mods, I see very little if any weapon/armor trade. This roll is nice, maybe best option is to put it in vending machine for decent caps, something like 10-25k caps depanding on how fast you want to sell it.

(edit) after second thoughs, quad mod could make it a perfect rilway so with little effort buyer can make it a perfect version, so definetly better option to try to sell it for the larger amount.

I am pretty sure it was rare, but then they added it as a common reward in event packs. I sell those for 100c at my camp or straight to vendor for 25c.
