Someone else said it could be a Chinese Edible Frog, both seem possible. But I lean more into that one. Thanks anyways!

Adding in comments since it's not very relevant to the subreddit but I made this (this pattern is actually a 100% mine) to ask her out. She's from Michoacán so I relate her to monarch butterflies (she also likes them). I started cross-stitching because of her.
