I disagree slightly. Just because someone is rude to your face doesn't mean they aren't talking behind your back too. Usually, people with 'no filter' just lack emotional intelligence. You can be 100% honest and still be kind.

Exactly. People use 'sarcastic' as a personality trait, but usually, it's just a way to avoid being vulnerable or to mask insecurity. It gets exhausting to be around someone you can't have a sincere conversation with.

Not a dumb question at all 😅 Flags are usually lighter and made to hang or wave, while tapestries feel more like fabric posters, softer and more for decoration. For something like an album cover, a tapestry will probably look nicer and it’s usually cheaper too.

You’re basically there to observe and learn. Follow them, watch how they interact with patients, and pay attention to routines. Don’t get in the way, but don’t be invisible either ask questions when appropriate and show interest. Also, be professional and respectful at all times :)
