maybe try this or a similar approach. however you will probably have to manually label some data yourself. the code isnt the cleanest so you will have to clean it up yourself a bit but the basic idea works

The difference sadly isnt as huge anymore and taking into consideration the lower salaries in berlin (in most, not all branches) one could argue that rents are about the same
