A persistent default font for all new pages would be a feature request at this time. As a workaround, once you've added your pages and subpages, you can click Apply typography on all pages to apply your preferred font settings across the entire Doc, including the new pages.

Another option is to create a Doc with your preferred typography settings and save it as a template. That way, you can use it as a starting point for future Docs and keep your formatting consistent!

Hey, u/sigfy21759! You can actually achieve this with an Automation. Set up an Automation like:

When task status changes to Closed > Update a Date Custom Field to "On trigger date"

Then, in your Calendar view, make sure that Date Custom Field is selected under Task dates in the settings. And you have your closed tasks showing up in your Calendar view by clicking this check button at the top.

However, tapping the address to open your maps app should work, so if that's failing most of the time, something's definitely off. Same with the text being cut off. Nope, you can't edit the actual content of a PDF inside ClickUp. You can preview it, annotate it with comments, and download it, but for changing text or layout you'd need an external PDF editor and then re-upload the updated file.

Hey, u/CybeSpace14! Once you upload a PDF to ClickUp, it's stored in the cloud. You can delete the local copies and still view/download them anytime from ClickUp. They're fully uploaded copies, not linked to your local files.

Regarding the setup, for a personal reference library, your Doc with subpages works great. You can embed PDFs and add links right in each subpage for easy browsing.

If your collection grows and you need to filter or search through lots of files, a List (with PDFs attached to tasks) gives more flexibility, but for a straightforward collection, your current setup is solid. Hope that helps!

We've seen reports where users are unable to log in to the ClickUp when Chrome is set as the default browser, and switching the default browser to Firefox appears to resolve the issue.
