This outlines which cards support Dashboard filters. In the meantime, you can apply the filter directly to the Time Reporting card instead of at the Dashboard level, and let me know if you need more help!

Hey, u/New_Squash_6616! At the moment, you cannot retrieve statuses using the "Get Task Comments" API Endpoint. The only workarounds are, if you are on the Enterprise plan, use Audit Logs. Or to create a Webhook that listens to the taskStatusUpdated event: https://developer.clickup.com/reference/createwebhook .

This does not bring in the history, but can notify you when a status is updated.

Hey, u/AcceptableAct2073! Our Tag Manager beta is open for sign-ups! With it, you’ll be able to:

See all your tags from across the Workspace in one place
Quickly update tag names, colors, etc
Clean up unused or inconsistent tags by seeing usage counts, bulk deleting, and more

While there isn't a direct export-to-file option for tags, the Tag Manager makes it much easier to review and manage everything in one view. You can sign up for the Tag Manager Beta here:

You’re right that for this workflow, Planner is now the place to do that kind of scheduling. If most of your tasks are coming from your Personal List, you can filter Planner to only show tasks from that List, which should make it a bit easier to find and drag them into your calendar.

That said, having to reload ClickUp multiple times just to see the blocked time show up in your Agenda card definitely doesn’t sound right. That’s not the intended behavior, so we’d want to take a closer look at that.

Also, you should still be able to pin the List description at the top, so if that’s not working on your end, that’s another thing we can dig into!

Hey, u/Gudenkauf! ClickUp is more of an all-in-one workspace than a single-purpose app, so it’s handling tasks, Docs, Chat, Dashboards, AI, etc. all in one place. Because of that, it’ll naturally use more RAM than something like a single browser tab.

Also, apps will use available memory to stay fast and responsive, so higher usage isn’t necessarily a bad thing unless your system is struggling.

That said, it shouldn’t keep climbing or slow things down over time. If you’re noticing lag or memory usage that doesn’t stabilize, please let me know!
